There's a history of global warming. 

Most of the warming that occured on the planet in this century occurred BEFORE the greenhouse gases by human activities were added to the equation.

Warming in the 19th century in the high polar regions could NOT be caused by human-induced greenhouse gases.

Ice core records—drilled in the high latitudes and polar regions to pull up 100,000, 200,000 years of ice core layers say the temperature—some warmings and coolings over decades were astonishing: several degrees. And NOT manmade.

The Little Ice Age, for example, was just several hundred years ago.

So, what caused the global warming back then?
