How do you lose 570 pounds?

Normally, you get enough overweight men to field both sides of a football game and stick them in a sauna for a couple of weeks on a diet of nothing but jellow.

Or you can increase your own weight to 1,250 pounds and then cut that in half.

That's what Manuel Uribe of Monterrey, Mexico did. He lost 230kg (570lbs) of his 570kg (1,257lb) body weight.

The man bigg enough to be a whole basketball team on his own is planning a party and getting out of the house for the first time in five years. 

Still, he will need a crane and a truck to haul him around town come Mar. 9th, his coming out day.

(I am pretty sure they needed a panorama camera to take these shots.) 

The real question is, how does somebody ever get to 570kg (1,250lbs) NOT how do they lose it.
