The American Council on Education wanted to use the slogan in a campaign that highlighted the role of higher ed in solving problems "Solutions for America."

But, the University of Richmond wouldn't share the rights to the phrase which they have trademarked.

I wonder if "Gosh" is trademarked. And, "how stupid."

The University of Richmond doesn't seem to mind letting Hillary make use of the phrase in her campaign rallies.

The university of Richmond promotes:

1. child health

2. reviving neighborhoods

3. creating jobs.

Sounds like Hillary, eh? Or does Hillary sound like Richmond?

So, is it Obama who is plagiarizing slogans for his campaigns or is it Hillary? Or both?
