Black Saturday - Jesus was dead and his buddies were running or already in hiding.
They were out of there, gone.
Jesus, however, was in the tomb.
1. it was Joseph of Arimathea's tomb.
2. it had a slanted groove in front of it that allowed the stone to be rolled down in front of it, but would take a roman cohort to roll back
3. it was in a location that could be relocated at any given time
4. it was guarded around the clock by men who's lives were at stake if the dead guy inside were to somehow get out.
5. it was assigned guards by a gaggle of men who did not want the man inside to come back out under any conditions, less lies be told and the last deception be worse than all others.
Jesus was in the tomb all night Friday, all day Saturday, Saturday night and Sunday morning.
But Sunday was coming.
