There are times when even lawyers need a lawyer.
Three employees at FAMU law school, the registrar, a program assistant at the College of Law, and assistant director of admissions were all fired. One student had a grade changed on his transcript. Another student also was affected. The two wannabe lawyers were sent packing.
The school's College of Law is already being separately investigated by the U. S. Attorney's Office for grade-changes.
In any event, when the students who were sent packing and the college official
s pay their lawyer fees, the students, at least, will remember why they wanted to be lawyers in the first place. And the administrators will wonder what in the world were they doing?
