Harris, a self-proclaimed "boomer wannabe", created the Women Entrepreneurs & Millionaires Challenge in 2005 and discovered that over half of her business coaching clients were boomer women. She
co-founded the conference series with her sister, Dr. Debra Nixon, a relationship expert and boomer who turns 50 in 2007.
