Kissimmee, FL (PRWEB) October 10, 2006 –- Kissimmee Utility Authority's 2005 annual report has been voted one of the top 100 annual reports in the 21st Annual AR100 Award Show competition. Within the top 100 entries, the annual report also was honored as one of the top 10 photographed reports.
The Black Book AR100 Award Show honors the nation’s top 100 annual reports, chosen by a panel of award-winning designers. The panel considered excellence of design, functionality, innovation and brand awareness.
Special honors were awarded for outstanding illustration, photography, design, printing, paper and typography.
KUA's 48-page annual report -- titled "A Lifetime of Power" -- pays tribute to the utility's Roy E. Hansel diesel plant which was decommissioned in September 2005 after 104 years of continuous service. The report is available online at http://www.kua.com/Corporate/Press/Reports/Index.aspx.
All 100 winners are published in The Black Book AR100 Award Show book. The book is circulated to over 15,000 corporate communicators and will be available for purchase at bookstores and online.
